With all functionality complete, the updated Lanigan Estates web app automatically creates appropriate records each time a property is let out; it identifies invoice dates, identifies overdue payments and generates a statement of costs against income for each property. This has ensured that Lanigan Estates is able to realise improvements in productivity immediately.
