Bluesulphur recently completed the latest application development for information services company, Property Text Back Ltd with functionality to manage their new business 'Tourism Text'.

Property Text came to us a year or so ago with an application that manages an innovative information service for estate agents. The solution, while mainly complete, required some additional development work and the business needed the additional assurance that an established company with dedicated support processes is able to offer.

Since fixing the outstanding issues and placing the service live, Bluesulphur has continued to refine the application, making it more robust and enabling use of the core application for other markets.

Bluesulphur and Property Text have delivered Tourism Text. This service supports the advertising of events by regional and district councils. When advertising an event, a council includes a text number and word; a user texts this word to the number and receives a link to the information. Once on the site the user can filter through other events by the district council or view regional events, even accessing events being held in other parts of the country.
